    Can I combine promotion codes or discounts?

    We love offering promotions to our customers, but unfortunately promo codes and discounts cannot be combined. This policy includes subscription discounts.

    Does your hand sanitizer contain CBD?

    No, our liquid hand sanitizer does not contain CBD. It is made with 70% Alcohol and exceeds the CDC’s recommended minimum strength of 60%. Research studies indicate CBD oil can be quite effective at killing germs.

    Water plays an important role in how effective alcohol is. In addition to slowing down how quickly alcohol evaporates from the skin, it helps alcohol penetrate the pathogen’s protective coating.

    What shipping service do you use?

    USPS Priority for everything except hand sanitizer which must be shipped USPS Ground as it is flammable. 

    All orders are shipped via USPS to anywhere in the United States. ETA’s may vary due to recipient location, but usually ranges from two to five business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather or general postal service performance issues. Receipt and order number is provided via email after order is received. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

    Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays will be shipped out the following business day.

    When will I receive my order?

    Customers from the United States and its territories with confirmed orders can expect to receive their orders to ship within 1-5 business days.

    International orders are normally shipped by USPS and are normally delivered within 10-14 days of being confirmed, but depending on the Country, day being shipped, holidays, Customs clearance delays, some orders may take slightly longer. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments.

    What is your return policy?

    We believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance! If you’re not completely satisfied with your CBD purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund. We cannot accept returns or refunds on our Hand Sanitizer due to specific shipping regulations. Please note – customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment once received by our fulfillment center. A refund notification will be sent via email once the refund has been processed. Return shipping costs back to our headquarters are the responsibility of the customer. If your product was purchased through a Yucanna distributor or retailer, you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or exchanges.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

     

    How can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order at any time without penalty until the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for following the procedures related to Returning Unused, Sealed Products. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the return of product to Yucanna LLC, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. If the order is cancelled before shipment, the payment will be cancelled within 1 business day.

    What forms of payment are accepted?

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yucanna ships worldwide. All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls (including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979, the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and by placing an order through this web site, you affirm that you will comply with all such applicable export controls and regulations.

    You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to verify whether the country to which you are having products delivered permits the importation of those products, and whether customs or import duties or similar charges will apply. Yucanna is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    What if my stuff arrives damaged?

     Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours of receipt. If your product is damaged during shipment, a replacement shipment will be sent. If you need to make a claim for damaged freight, please send details and a photograph to admin@yucanna.com.

    What if my order never arrives?

    If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Yucanna will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means USPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to Yucanna, we will reship the order. Please note that Yucanna is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It therefore is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you. If you place an order by phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud and repeat it to you, to help you be sure it is correct.

    How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping is auto calculated at checkout via USPS rates based on your address and choice of speed. All domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
